Yes! Creating an account is completely free. You can submit tickets, browse apps, and post in the community. Premium features like the website builder, chat access, and ad-free apps require a Patreon subscription starting at 25 SEK/month.

Click "Get Started" on the homepage, enter your name, email, and a password (min 6 characters). You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account, then sign in.

Yes! Go to Dashboard → Profile tab → Edit Profile. You can update your display name and set an avatar URL (any public image link works).
Go to Dashboard → Sites tab. Create a new site with a title and slug. Open the editor to write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a live preview. When ready, make the site public and click Deploy — your site goes live on velocomputing.tech/sites/your-slug/

Private sites are saved in your dashboard but not deployed — only you can see and edit them. Public sites can be deployed to GitHub Pages and accessed by anyone via their URL. Public sites require Advanced tier or higher.
Regular sites deploy to velocomputing.tech/sites/your-slug/. Root path sites (Enterprise/Admin only) deploy to velocomputing.tech/your-slug/ — directly on the main domain.
Go to Dashboard → Apps → Request. Fill in your app name, description, platform (Web, Android, iOS, or all), and submit. Our team reviews requests and provides a quote. Patreon Starter+ members can submit requests for free.
We build native apps for Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift), and Web (HTML/CSS/JS, React, Next.js). We also offer cross-platform solutions when appropriate.

These are store registration fees charged by Google/Apple, not by Velo Cloud.
Sign in to your dashboard, then click the "Connect Patreon" button on the banner or go to the Membership tab. You'll be redirected to Patreon to authorize — once confirmed, your tier and perks activate automatically.
Yes. Manage your subscription directly on Patreon. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes reflect in your dashboard after reconnecting or on your next login.
All payments go through Patreon, which accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal. Velo Cloud does not process payments directly.
Patreon tier prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona). Patreon may convert to your local currency at checkout. App store fees ($25 Play, $100/yr Apple) are in USD as set by Google and Apple.

Yes. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security. All connections are HTTPS encrypted. Private DM messages use end-to-end encryption. We never sell or share your data.
